Subprocessors
To run SimplyMe we rely on a small number of outside companies. Some of them handle personal data on our behalf. This page names every one of them, says what it does and where it processes data, so you can see exactly who is involved before you decide to trust us with anything.

What a subprocessor is
A subprocessor is a company that processes personal data on our instructions, to deliver part of the service. They are not free to use your data for their own purposes. Each one is bound by a written contract that limits them to what we ask for, requires appropriate security, and, where the AI providers are concerned, prohibits training models on your content.
We keep this list short on purpose. Every company added here is another place your data lives, so we add one only when the feature genuinely cannot be built without it.
Infrastructure
These run SimplyMe itself. Without them there is no service.

Product features
These are used by specific features. Where a feature is optional, not using it means your data never reaches that provider.

What we do not use
These absences are deliberate, and they are as much a part of the picture as the list above:
- No advertising networks. SimplyMe carries no advertising, so no advertising or ad-measurement company receives your data.
- No third-party analytics or tracking. We run no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no session recording and no cross-site tracking pixels.
- No data brokers. We do not buy, sell or enrich personal data.
- No AI training on your content. No provider on this page is permitted to train a model on anything you post. Our own models are trained on licensed and public datasets, never on your content.
- Your direct messages stay with us. Message content is not sent to any company on this page.
Changes to this list
We update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling personal data, not afterwards. Where the law requires us to give you notice or an opportunity to object before we make the change, we will.
