We are hiring across engineering, design and trust & safety as we head towards launch. Current areas of need:

• Senior Frontend Engineer: React, Next.js, TypeScript. You will own large parts of the feed and the Creative Studio canvas.
• Backend Engineer, Media: video transcoding, storage, delivery at scale.
• Machine Learning Engineer: the AI caption, résumé and safety classification pipelines.
• Product Designer: you would be shaping how creation and posting feel as one motion.
• Trust & Safety Lead: policy, tooling and escalation paths before we need them, not after.
• Community Manager: founding creators, onboarding, and being the voice that answers.

1. You apply. We read every application ourselves.
2. A 30-minute call about what you have built and what you want to build.
3. A paid, time-boxed practical exercise: something close to real work, no algorithm puzzles.
4. A conversation with two people you would work with daily.
5. Reference check, offer, decision. Usually two to three weeks end to end.

We tell you where you stand at each step, and we give a real reason if it is a no. AI-written applications are fine; we build AI writing tools, so it would be strange to object. But the claims in them need to be true.
